Priya graduated from Brighton University in 2001 with upper hons degree in Podiatric Medicine. Priya Chavda has over 10 years experience as a podiatrist.
A specialist in podiatric sports injuries, biomechanics and diabetic foot care, she is currently the Podiatrist to Loughborough University within Sports Medicine Services. She has been involved with the British Olympic Association at Loughborough training camp for 2012 Olympics and has had the privilege to scan majority of the British athlete’s feet and hands going through kitting out.
Priya is one of the leading Occupational Health Podiatrist for John Lewis branches in the Midlands. She has worked for the NHS for over 10 years in London and now in Leicestershire. Priya has been invited to speak as a guest speaker in many events focusing on self care.
Priya specialises in orthotic prescriptions, acupuncture and foot and soft tissue mobilisation.
All patients will receive a thorough vascular and neurological examination followed by a lower limb muscular skeletal assessment if required. Priya thrives to improve her client’s quality of life through her management of the lower limb.
As a Podiatrist Priya is a specialist of lower limb problems and if referral is required to a specialist Priya has good links with local GP’s.
